It’s the ultimate college showdown — St. Baldrick’s head-shaving style.

March Madness may have ended, but this college showdown just started.

Join students and faculty from colleges and universities across the nation for a college tournament like no other.

Sign up today to host a St. Baldrick’s head-shaving event on your campus anytime from September 1 to December 5. On December 15, the school that raised the most money for children will be crowned the national champion. They will take home the coveted Bald Cup and other awesome prizes!

Why a Battle of the Bald head-shaving event? Because it means volunteer and leadership experience, a chance to enhance your resume, cool prizes, and YOU making a difference in the lives of kids with cancer. Enough said.

Here’s how it’s going down:

1. Get your school on the bracket

If you attend or work at a college, you’re eligible to organize a Battle of the Bald head-shaving event on campus. Sign up your school, sports team, fraternity or sorority, or other campus group on our website.

2. Meet your coach

After you’ve registered, you will be assigned an event coach to guide you, motivate you and help you raise the most money for childhood cancer research.

3. Customize your page

Change your event title, webpage URL and event image to show off your school or team pride.

4. Raise the stakes

Do you have a school or organizational rival? Challenge them to compete against you in the battle with a short video. It’s always harder to turn down a challenge when you’ve been called out publicly!

5. Promote your event

The more people you get involved, the more money you’ll be able to raise — and the more fun your event will be! Be sure to tag your posts and photos with #BattleOfTheBald.

6. Raise money

Schedule your head-shaving event for any day between September 1 and December 5. Once registered, you can start fundraising right away! The school that raises the most money will be declared the winner on December 15.

There can only be one champion, but every single school will shine. Plus, you’ll gain invaluable leadership and volunteer experience (hello, resume!).

And you’ll be helping kids with cancer — so really, there’s no way you can lose.

Are you in? Sign up an event for your school now!
